We are waiting for the January data published by Audiweb to be able to make a comparison between the digital audience at the end of last year and that of the beginning of this one. We have thus noticed that the trends of previous months have not changed and the trend of the digital audience has remained in constant growth , with similar behaviour . Unique users (people who have logged in at least once) remained constant over the two months, with an average of around 42 million people each, and an online time of around 3 days and 3 hours . For both months, browsing from smartphones compared to that from computers and tablets remained Phone Number List prevalent, as in previous months, with around 28 million unique users in December, rising to 29 in January. The greater use of mobile devices compared to desktop browsers is confirmed by all age groups, with a female prevalence , which in the last month of last year recorded 63.8% of the total, compared to 59.9% of men . On the average day, there is an increase in the already widely involved youth age groups, from 18 to 34 years of age. With a passage from 82.5% to 83.4% for the group between 18 and 24 years of age and from 81.5% to 84.5% between 25 and 34 years old. But they are not the only ones to increase, the over 64 group also reported an increase in involvement between the two months, going from 25.3% in December to 26.9% in January. This confirms a growth trend that brings the different generations ever closer. In the coming months we will see if this trend will also be confirmed for 2019 or if there will be surprises.
