This is one of the internal projects founded in 2010 and which relates to the fourth goal of the company - “Quality Education” for the sustainable development of DTEK. The goal of Academy DTEK is to train our employees and develop leaders who will be able to fill 80-90% of internal management vacancies. Since its inception, the academy has become a corporate university that can train everyone who joins it.
